During this rejuvenating Wellness retreat, expert Hope Parks will lead you through mindful yoga flows and seasonal meditations to help us stay connected in a season of change. Leigh Weinraub will enhance your practice with personal empowerment and motivation. You'll round out the time with wellness cooking demos and delicious wine and cheese tastings.  Together, you'll discover fresh perspective and new energy to bring back to your daily life.
