1. NEW ORLEANS, LA

2. MEXICO CITY, CDMX
If you’re looking for a warm weather destination that’s not necessarily the beach look no further than Mexico City. With rich history and art museums to the up-and-coming neighborhoods and exciting food scene — it’s a destination worth staying in as long as possible, but can also easily explored if you only have a few days! Visit La Casa Azul — the former childhood home of artist Frida Kahlo or Casa Luis Barragán for stunning contemporary architecture. A playground in the desert with a food scene that’s been on the rise, it’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. With a wave of new boutique hotels, there’s no shortage of places to soak up the sunshine poolside and spend a good amount of time at the spa. Here you can admire the amazing architecture and get in a healthy dose of culture (the Palm Springs Art Museum has some of the most impressive works of art). 5. AUSTIN, TX
