Dining: There are 3 unique outlets: Leon's at Meads Bay (a toes-in-the-sand elevated beach shack experience), Celeste (the signature open-air restaurant featuring new takes on Caribbean-inspired classics), and Bar Soleil (where you can enjoy vibrant Caribbean tapas on teh terrace). We really love that the island of Anguilla has an incredible culinary scene and quite honestly think it’s some of the best you’ll find in the Caribbean. You can find everything from the finest of dining to the low-key shack under the bridge type-of-finds that serve the freshest foods that are prepared in the most mouth–watering ways possible!
